That is a good advice but the problem is that the Bus won't stop at or around the IAH airport, Houston.

Why don't you ride greyhound and from greyhound station take a uber to airport ? May be you can get in fair price. It sounds like you are going to Nepal from Houston , if so take a flight from Dallas and stay away from all that hassle.
