Technical Recruiter
Technical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening and recommending candidates’ positions ranging from entry, mid to senior level positions. (On the job training available as/if required).
Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with supervisor and manager to identify personnel needs and job specifications, qualifications, and skills.
Initiate contact with potential candidates and develop recruitment programs to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
Maintain and develop contact network to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills.
Develop recruitment programs and collateral, such as brochures about the organization, its processes and opportunities.
Manage job advertising in various media.
Communicate and maintain contacts with colleges and university to find and attract applicants.
Conduct presentations at colleges, universities and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities.
Utilize Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
Perform reference and background checks on applicants.
File and maintain employment records for future references.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification:

Marketer
Marketer will be responsible for marketing candidates’ positions ranging from entry, mid to senior level positions.
Responsibilities
Communicate with the vendors and clients and/to submit appropriate candidate/s according to their requirement and follow up till closure.
Negotiate Better rates for the offered projects.
Communicate continuously with the Consultants and vendors to better align the skill set with that of client requirement.
Update management with regular updates and marketing status.
Coordinate to create new vendors and find new opportunities in the market to fit in the consultant’s expertise and make job placements.
Establish effective communication channel to and from the consultants.
Motivate on the market consultants to submit for better positions.
Maintain proper marketing report and submit to the management.
Maintain proper submission report and update regularly.
Qualification:
• College or Bachelor’s degree
Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- 1 - 3 years’ experience as a BA with proven results operating in Waterfall and Agile environments (SCRUM or other methodologies) creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows and Requirements.
- Functional domain experience with Finance/ HealthCare/ Retail/ Banking and Insurance is a plus.
- Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into exceptional written, spoken and visual communications.
- Excellent active listening, prioritization and organization and “attention to detail” skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problems and suggest solutions
- Ability to build rapport with diverse and differently motivated individuals, groups, and departments to facilitate development projects.
- Ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environment.
- Effective meeting-facilitation skills.
- Ability to work with system Enhancement, Migration, Upgrading, Integration or full development projects.
- Knowledge of SQL.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree
Quality Assurance Analyst
Responsibilities
- 1 to 3 years of experience with QA methodology and problem solving techniques and tools.
- Experience in creating and executing SQL queries.
- Able to understand and work with Client-Server and/ Web based applications.
- Must demonstrate high attention to detail.
- Experience with automation tools like Soap UI, UFT, Selenium is a Plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and concepts.
- Strong understanding and ability to work under Agile and Waterfall Models.
- Highly motivated self-starter, but team player who works well.
- Experience with Test management/ defect management/ Requirement/Application Life Cycle management
- Knowledge of SharePoint, healthcare Facets is a Plus.
