after a while u learn subtle difference
between holding a hand and chaining a soul
and u learn that love doesn't mean leaning
and company doesn't mean security

and u begin to learn kisses aren't contract
and present aren't promises
and u begin to accept ur defeat with ur head up
and your eyes open ,with the grace of adult
not a grief of chid

u learn to build all ur roads on today coz tomorrow's ground
is too uncertain for plans
after a while that u even learn sunshine burns if u get 2 much
so plant your garden and decorate your soul ,
instead of waitin for someone to bring flowers
and u learn that u really can endure.




u are strong,u do have worth,u learn with every good bye.
