Can you suggest which country is better US or Canada for a Computer Engineer?

I think US would be better choice for you...

I am doing MS in computer science. Software Development , web page development.

If you doing MS in USA then you can do better here. Otherwise, Canada will be easier for you to get settled in long run,.

India is the best place for you

I have seen some comp-engineers from Nepal as good as MIT/IIT etc. Depends on you: "HOW YOU STUDY, REMEMBER AND APPLY YOUR KNOWLEDGE". Hope this helps, however, US & Canada have similar style of education. But I feel US unis/colleges have more facilities.

Computer engineering or science is such a field that the only thing matter is how passionate one is regardless of in what country or university you study. Imagination, superb resoning skill, socio-technological vision, hardwork and patient are most essential than where one pursues her degree in.

By the way, in my experience, graduate program in computer science is not for web page development as a software development but it is more on INDEPTH knowledge of advanced algorithm design, operating system principles, computer architectre, descrete and concrete mathmatics, compiler design, software engineerng principles, database system design and so on. 

Problems involving in graduate program of computer science can be as challanging as something like the following. Finding an algorithm to generate a prime number in polynominal time ( solved by two MIT students after 50 years of research)

But I was asking about work. Which country would be better for work after completing MS in US? I heard that Canada has less tax , good health insurance etc.

And yah s/w development and web page developments are my expertise. Thats what I was talking about .
