b cool n stay away from bullets n dirty south games esp. mardi gras, crazy spring break is coming.

Sad incident again. It happened in "Louisiana Technical College @ Baton Rouge". not in "Louisiana Technical University@ Ruston" where there are many Nepalese students. As far as I know there is no Nepali in Louisiana Tech College.
