I know I'm just being weired and frustated, was googling and found this written by another frustated guy like me,
The whole conversation about California vs Vermont office reminds me a movie of which I can not remember the name. In the movie, a comedian decides to run for the presidency and the computer program which counts the votes has a mistake in its coding (somehow considers the alpahetical order of the names of the candidates), which causes votes being counted in the advantage of the comedian, and he wins etc...
So now C vs V reminds me that, thinking that they gave the numbers such as; VA-123456789, CA-123456789 :)))
There is no such thing as a completely random number generation in programming world anyways...
