Hello every one. I graduated in december of 2008 and currently im on my opt.  Finding a study related job seems to be out of the horizon in this tough economic times. So i've decided to join masters in biostatistics starting january of 2009.

So if you guys know any good biostatistics college please let me know. This will be a great help for me .  Thanks in advance. 

Boston University has a great Public Health program. They also have biostatistics..Although on the expensive side I think it's worth getting a degree from there because after you are done with your masters they will help you to network with companies where you can advance your career.

Thanks ibsh. But fee for boston college seems to be too high per semester. I'm looking for any decent college that provides TA OR RA. just to pay the tuition.

If you guys know any other college i'll be more than grateful.

Try Pitt- they have a great biostat department. Although assistantship could be an issue, you may get one if you enroll for MS/PhD program. I guess you can complete both program in 3-4 years, which is not that bad. Also, Pittsburgh is relatively good if you compare cost of living.

Marority of grad school have their own way of neworking for job search for their grads.
