oh ok, so you're not doing it to stay in the usa, how honest, just so you can work here,take a nap here drive your car, etc etc but you would be living in mexico or canada and drive everyday to work right?

from what i know. you are supposed to file asylum within a year you enter US. Has somebody got approved after one year? make sure about your situation

I am not filing asylum because I want to stay in USA. I
am doing this only because I don’t want any trouble in my job coz I can
go a long way with this job

Sanjneel, quit giving me advises if you don't know shytt about asylum. Asylum is for people whose life is in danger back home not for people who like to work in the usa and can't get h1b. I get irretated by questions like this when the guy truely says he's filing so he can work. i know lots of Nepali cases that didn't get approved becuase too many jerks already went to asylum officers or judges with fake news paper cutting, fake id cards fake cases just so they can work in the usa. like the dude above said, "i am not undressing her because i wanna fuuuck her but because i am having an erection and i need to screw something... "
