Hi, I have been looking for a new car for a while but yet not decided. I went to see Toyota and Honda 2010 models, they are good. Overall, Toyota has more features than Honda which you can use in daily basis. In a way, I am positive about Toyota LE or S (fully loaded), but I am concern about their recalls which keep on coming out (last week also they had engine recall in lexus). At this point, do you think it's appropriate to buy Toyota 2010? Is it better if I wait for 2011 models? Current Toyota promotion is 0% APR @48 months, 750 cash incentives and 1000 discount from dealer, which may not be there for 2011 models. Please provide me your input, so that I can make my final decision. Ars.

Buying a car is personal choice and I would got to edmonds.com or similar web site and find the consumers report and decide. I owned Honda Accord EX, giving me the best service about 280K but it gets rust soon.

I own Mazda 6 and I just love it. Reasonable price, average gas, good power, sporty look, enough room inside. When I was in market for a new car, I checked Toyota, Honda, Ford, Nissan. Mazda was like love at first sight. I did test drive, and got the car on same day.

I recently got a Nissan Rogue. It s a compact sized crossover that i fell in love with when i saw it for the first time.
I would suggest not to buy a brand new car/truck. The depreciation value of the brand new vehicle is somewhere between $3000-$4000 as soon as you drive off the dealer's place. Therefore, if its ok with you, i would suggest 2009 or even 2010 vehicles with at least 5-10 K. I know it always fun to ride a vehicle that nobody had driven before, but look at the profit you can make out of it...:)

American cars arent bad either..I used to b an import guy too.. but i just bought a 2010 chevy malibu, its a great car.. great mileage- i easily get about 40mpg on highway, power for a four cylinder 4 door car is pretty good, it is roomy inside, its prefect for long road trips, its looks pretty good. GM gives 10 years, 100k miles warranty (whichever comes first). think about it. purchasing a car is a pretty big decision, do your homework. good luck!

I'd say toyota camry or honda accord either will do it if you are looking for economic car. Personally, I drive Tacoma 4x4 double cab and I am very pleased with it.

Yeah it really depends. If you are a family man go with something that your family can drive too if not sporty car is not bad option. I always loved Mustang and its roaring sound....!
