These pictures were taken on our trip to Nepal during Dashain of last year. Finally, after a few months I am catching up to posting these on my blog. Check it out and leave comments. If there are errors on my comments on the pictures, please let me know. Thanks.

Nice photos, but I thought these were the latest ones. I wonder why it took MailaDai aka Suraj Joshee 6 months to post them.

Maalpaani,

Thanks for your comments. They are not exactly "latest." They were taken last October. I have a few more galleries to post still. Keep checking the blog. It took me 6 months to post these because of procrastination. And I took a butt ton of pictures in the 6 weeks that I was home in Kathmandu, and it takes a long time to go through a few thousand pictures and process them. Thanks.

Hey Mailadai,

You have done justice to patan. I am from patan. Those were the streets where i was grown up. And seeing those pictures again makes me nostalgic. Thanks for posting those pictures. I really miss my place.

AlterEgo, thanks for the comments. I simply LOVE Patan. I was born and raised in KTM, but Patan has always been my fav city in the Valley. I have one more gallery to post on Patan. Look out for that. Thanks.

Your photography skill is really nice and creative. Would you mind to share what techniques/effects you chose to create the picture. You can choose the best picture you may want to choose and then write the techniques you used. This may help to learn novice person like me who is interested in phhotography.

jyapoo dai, I am not sure. I thought there was a bridge that you could cross below Changu hill and over the Manohara river that put you on the road to Sankhu Village, but not sure about that. Thanks for your comments.
