Bizarre!! Yup, it was the title song from that serial. Don't know if it ever appeared in an album by Jagjit Singh. Few years ago I bought a compilation CD by Jagjit, and this song was in it. Wonderful song... :D

Okay another song, HINDI again re kyaa... Shankar Jaikisen was one of the most prominent musicians back in 60's. They were highest paid musicians and they composed some of the masterpieces. For the movies like "Rajkumar", "Professor", "Chori Chori" etc, they were paid not for the whole movie but for the individual songs. If other musicians were paid one lakh for a single movie, they were paid more than that amount for a single song. Result: All the songs from those movies were masterpiece.

One such classic is from "Rajkumar". Sung by Rafi and Lyrics by Hasrat Jaipuri...
