Prakash koirala never followed his father’s footstep . he was in India enjoying life while other leader are doing there job ( bad or good). He came to Nepal and NC nominated for the central committee position and he supported the king and they expelled him from the party. He is a bad apple. I feel sorry for BP koraila having son like him and grand daughter like Manisha. Political legacy is the big things in politics. It is hard to maintain and easy to screw. And both son and grand daughter screw the legacy.

If her movie fascinates me, I shall watch it. I do not know how she is in person, and too much hearsay and spillover effects at times can present dyslexic view, so much power to her. As long as she is earning her bread and butter that's fine. Although that ANA episode kind of left me with a sour mouth, but it is yet to be verified. I mean, who is right and who is wrong in context of Nepal? Who is not biased? No really. Everyone is just playing their own game. Isn’t media biased? Huh? I wonder how EVEN Maoists seem to often win the media war against the government. And I think, and think, and try to convince myself that many DEMOCRATIC websites conveniently IGNORE Maoists cruelty, but highlight their small word that has any tiny shed of decent deed are actually unbiased. Then who is helping them win the media war, besides the government themselves? Government’s obduracy has played the part, yes, but most of the kudos shall go to our dear democratic "unbiased" website walas and patrakar walas. Tara k, rakches haru le ek din manche ko masu nakhako thulai news ho ni, hoina? So, maybe their unbiased ignorance of Maoists cruelty is all good. Ekdam ramrooo. So saab biased, and all selfish. Why Manisha be signaled out? If not anything, she is being a good daughter regardless of what her personal family life is. Afulai kehi maan parena bhane tyo boycott, nepal band, chakka jaam. Can they not win the heart with their ideality, moral, hard work and honesty for once, and leave matters of INDIVIDUAL CHOICE to people themselves without trying to enforce it either by force or politics (joon roop ma pani.) Perhaps, its been years since i last watched her movie, but I will make it a point to at least watch a clips of it THIS WEEKEND. Any sexy manisha movie? Anyone? Have a great weekend guys. Jai Nepal IndisGuise:)

I didn't read any posts except the first and last one. But I'm against the boycott. If we're really for democracy and understands what democracy is for, it's her right to speak on whatever her beliefs are. So whatever tarun dal and what some of you might be saying contradicts your beliefs on democracy, and won't make you any better than KG. You people will again use force whenever you get into power to suprress any voice against you. So it's really sad that they're calling for boycott, and some people here in sajha might also be saying the same. It shows our state of mind.

One another wrong rationale from sona: IF GP can't control his own family then how can we expect him as our leader? So in your case, if GP comes unified with his family, will you goto support him then?

I do not things it is good idea to go against the family tradition. It is easier said then done. For those people who are in politics . politics is tradition for there family. You can see Bush family and Gandhi family.

The Candidate for mayor from Biratnagar, BINOD ARYALwhom Manisha is supporting.. this guy is popularly known as DUDEY BINOD cos he doesnt have one arm...Ironically in the Parliamentary election some years ago.. he was a BAAGI candidate of Nepali congress from Morang constituency and had his election Symbol " Wrist watch". He has a history of fighting within his own party and few years ago, the army had raided his home cos his daughter was allegedly a maoist. Binod Aryal could never imagine winning a fair and full election so here he gets a chance to become the Mayor of BRT...so he grabs it with both ( oooopppps sorry) hands.

She is entitled to her opinion and Kudos, she is brave enough to stand to her opinion inspite of all the risk to physical, emotional and financial interests for her personally.

yea, she is brave....having a inconsequential opinion makes someone brave...there are people dying in wars...people leading lives affected by disease...so many in the world are in poverty, but get through the days with hope and courage.....that is bravery...and if you or anyone thinks a bigshot whore of a moviestar who voices her dumbass opinions is a sign of bravery...then you are a dumbass too...

All those people who say she does not have the right to speak her mind are backward, hypocritical, and non democratic. They want nepal to disintegrate into nothingness. They probably are of the autocratic mind set. They are like Bush who was once quoted as saying "Dictatorship is easy as long as I am the DICTATOR!"

. . George Bush attacked Iraq against the will of the majority of people or another words more people were against this war than who voted him. This war was mainly concentrated to kill Saddam. What is the result today? Saddam is still alive. There is still no peace yet. Postwar mortality of US army is more than in the war itself. You cannot go against the current. Manisha even took the risk of her own career. That is her personal decision. She may mobilise others to go to the poll. That is her religion for next two weeks. But we too have the right to criticise her. Don´t we? . .

Yes everyone has a right to criticize her also. However, when someone says that she should not be getting involved in politics just because she has been successful in Bollywoodand she is an entertainer ... that doe not was with me. It seems to me that we are into criticising PEOPLE as oppiosed to criticizing what they stand for. I know it's a thin line but that's what democracy is.
