They wave Mexican flags, and feel that certain American states(like California) always belonged to Mexico. I have a big problem with that sort of logic. Furthermore, 30% of criminals in jail are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that I will support illegal immigration of any sort, whether they be Nepalis or Mexicans. I myself did it the hard way. Let me say that it took me more than 15 years to get my hands on the highly coveted green card. 15 FUKING YEARS. You expect me to support illegal immigrants who just hop the borders or overstay their visas and refuse to do it the LEGAL WAY? No way am I supporting this sh1t. Plus the fact is that they steal jobs that belong to Americans. Millions of Americans are unemployed, and not all of them are lazy, as some people seem to imply. Sure, illegal immigration will subside to a degree for a while, butthey will surely find a different way. If they can't come by land, they will just swim or do it some other way(god know how). So the best bet is to use the Military to guard the borders.Things are so bad that in some American cities, it is hard to get a job unless you are fluent in Spanish. This country was founded on ANGLO-SAXON, JUDEO-CHRISTIAN ideals, and it should stay that way. I also have a huge problem with H1B visa holders(many Nepalis), who get pregnant here. These babies are anchor babies as far as I am concerned. These people are just using their children to stay here, and I cannot support something of that nature. Furthermore, the reason corporations hire these people is because they are CHEAP and work for less money. Studies have been done regarding this as well. Sure, they make more than illegal Mexicans, but they make less than Americans. This is another way corporations have managed to cut their expenses.

The first thing America needs to do is fix the 14th amendment loophole. Only children born of American citizens or green card holders should become American citizens. New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Nevada, all of them belonged to Mexico as well. California was taken to make the harbor in the pacific and make US a continental empire. These lands had potential value for Mexicans in future even though when they were taken was pretty wild. So, these all facts prove that US does not have even a bit of right to call Mexicans illegal here. Any Mexican whoever is here, they can take themselves as native more than European immigrants. Nope, and you are just speculating. Of course it is true that most people start from the bottom and move to the top. In other words, most people start with "cheap" salary. However, what I am saying is that H1B visa-holders do the same job for a lower price. This has in fact been documented. It is a form of slave labor if you ask me. Plus what is the bigger issue is that given the fact that many of these workers are young, and many of them are married, they deliberately tend to get pregnant here, thus ensuring that their children will be Americans. This is a blatant misuse of H1B visa. Of course, America cannot stop people from popping babies because this is a free country, but we cannot ignore the fact that this is happening. This is of course not as big an issue as illegal immigration, but it is still an issue and needs to be addressed at some point in time in the future.

It has been estimated that foreign companies have created approximately 7 million jobs. Furthermore, in approximately two decades, India, China and America will be, to ballpark it, 50% of the world's economy. Since China and India are growing by leaps and bounds, their companies are bound to expand globally and create jobs wherever they tread, which is a good thing, don't you think?

I didn't get any visas. I came to America already as a green-card holder. Actually, it took me about 17 years. Don't probe me any more on this issue. I did it completely legally. Heck, even the winning the lottery is pure luck and nothing else. I bet my bottom dollar that there are some people who have been filling up the lottery form(whatever it's called) for a decade.

For the sake of vicarious thrill I sometime impersonate my superior complexity. I am a virtuso in that. My scripts are flawless. Here is what I would do:
1. Deport all illegal immigrants. The cost will be huge. But this is like one of those non-recurring charge thingies.
2. Erect a huge wall and place sensors or whatever you call them. Electric fence might be a good idea as well.
3. Close the 14th amendment loophole. The 14th amendment allows anybody born on American soi to automatically become an American citizen. Close this loophole.
4. Deportation should be expedited. That is, they shouldn't be kept her for months and go through bureacratic processes just to be deported. They should be sent back as soon as they come here.
5. Also the military should guard the borders.

30% of illegal immigrants are in jail. Many of them are involved in drug traffic, prostitution, etc. Just keeping these illegals alive and kicking costs us taxpayers. You think it's cheap to keep them alive and kicking? No, not at all.

I will not tolerate illegal immigration. NEVER. Took me years to come here. Do you realize what that means?
