It is a hard wood floor, renovated with lots of amenities in a high rise. 

The rent at the same place for 1 bedroom is $1350. I got a deal and owner is very nice. The owner has not visited me once so far.

It is a renovated, hardwood floor, granite countertop kitchen, one bedroom high rise condominium in Arlington, Virginia. Price is reasonable including all utilities, free gym, free swimming pool, sauna, tennis court. 
Most of the stores and grocery stores are in walking distance 5-15 mins.

On a serious note dcgirl, you might want to discuss this with your real estate agent also. If the area you live in is good, there will be many seeking it, then you could transfer it easily. They might charge you a little for advertisment.
