any TPS cases approved today?

My situation is :
EAD card received in september 10, however TPS status still says fingerprint received.

For those whose already got their TPS approved, what day is it effective from ? The day it is approved or the date when DHS accounced TPS for nepal or application date. Can someone help me out ?

I guess the effective date will be June 24,2015. Since, the EAD ending date is Dec, 2016, which is 18 months from June, 2015.

I don't understand, they are saying they provided for 18 months, the 18 months countdown should be from the day TPS will be approved.

hmmm maybe friends who already got their TPS approval notice can enlighten us.

Both EAD and TPS has the date from it got approved. Why do you need the past date even before you sent the TPS documents?

can i apply for a driver's license with just EAD ( no TPS approval yet and visa overstay ) in Massachusetts ? any one has any knowledge ?

I know people with pending Asylum who got license with EAD and they did not ask anything. When you apply for license, DMV check your legal status, so I am not 100% sure if they gonna give license before TPS approved.

I would suggest you to go to DMV and do all the written, driving test. If they give you DL, that's awesome. If not by the time your TPS get approved, you will be ready.

In VA - DMV requires i797 approval notice and EAD and address proof

@zxcv I got the mail today..they need some more evidence of my physical presence here befor June 24..well I send my bank statement and my phone bill still they are asking for more

I have the same situation here...so don't worry cause I have already received my EAD but my TPS still says finger print fees..so just start looking for better job and dont worry about anything

Dont worry, just sent them the documents again...it will work out.I am in the same situation, as EAD received but main application says finger print fees,,,be brave and duck it, peace

@Mimroramero just curious I applied TPS in July 6th and my sevis has been been terminated in july 21 st. Tei bhayera pahila kai date huncha ki bhanera ni ... lol

Didn't you register for classes or it's an automatic termination of your sevis. You are freaking me out.

i did not pay, thats why my sevis is terminated. It is not automatic.

Generally, how much time does it take to deduct amount from the account after TPS application is delivered? My application was delivered on 9/4/2015, but i haven't received any receipt as well as the amount is not deducted.
