Every once in a while, certain circumstances arises that makes one really happy. Its been quite sometime since i last felt really reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy HAPPY.

I was just wondering, if its just me or there are others like in this situation. You know when you feel really satisfied, at peace and you just can not help but scream and shout " YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS".

I know small things makes one happy, but i am talking about those small/big things that made you REALLY HAPPY. Mind sharing those moments? Perhaps it would help me and many others to just cheer up a lil bit.

I beg to disagree. For me, the reason we are unhappy is because we take a lot of shit from others and in turn, we pass on a lot of shit to others. The result: everyone unhappy. So, if you can keep your shit to yourself and do not pass it around, and develop a mechanism to defend yourslef from the shit that others pass on to you, you'll be happy.

Look this is how it works: People pass on their shit to you, then you have your shit+ their shit. You are carrying more shit than you are supposed to carry. Then you try to pass on some of your shit to others, but others just don't want to take it, instead they pass on their shit to you. So you end up carrying even more shit looking for people to pass on your shit. But, its hard to find people who will be willing to take your shit, which adds more shit to your already shitty shit-filled life.. aani maha depression, unhappiness.

To summarzie: don't take shit from others, don't pass on your shit to others.
