Why you backing down like a little bi*ch? Don't tell me that you were talking to unknown, when you clearly wrote, " & what's up with all this thing about posting here and there?". I was the one who made coment about proudnepali starting this thread. Besides my coment was to proudnepali. NOT you. but you had to go and write that. Anyways, I don't want to make anything serious about this. So leave it alright.... peace

Upsets indeed. Still cannot believe JETS looked so horrible. Pennigton had 6 fumbles, and he only had 5 the whole last season. WOW!! Lots of mistakes are correctable, the offense will pull next week. However, the defense has to step up big time. Two guns in the defense have to take the lead. And so pleasantly surprised by Giants, specially the special team. I bet a lot of us got the calls wrong. This is NFL, I heard every season there are 5 teams that make the playoffs which haven't made the playoffs in the previous year. This is why this league is so exciting. Unkown, Panthers got "for sure" coz I believe they are going to go long distance. Well, I was wrong about this week though. Good for NO, they needed the win.

Good to see sport fans back in here :) thrash talk ain't bad either, just don't get too personal ;) nice to see ya back DWI. if i knew it would take sports thread for you to come back, i would hae wrote long time back :=) Giants spanked cards with 42 points. Is Giants that good??? Hope to read more insight on NY teams. haven't seen so many upset in the first week. good to see Saints win eventhough I didn't pick them to win the game. which coaches are already in the hot seat now :p homgreen?? shanahan??? martz??? marty??? coach from Minny doesn't seem belong in the big league, he could be the first coach to get axed this year good to see first year coaches nolan and saban win their first NFL game. Indy looks same ole team. Cowboys didn't do that well but got a win. They need to protect the bledsoe. I didn't get to watch NY teams play. I read some where that Jets were superbowl bound team, what happened to them??? could it be that coach edwards didn't want to beat his mentor :=) can we talk about college football in this thread??? how about those HUSKERS??? :p They are 2-0. I am glad game with demon deacons was televised :) 2nd week was better for Big 12 teams ;) ROSS for PRESIDENT goooooooooooooooooo BIG RED goooooooooooooooooooo Proud bro, see you in court..... who gave ya permission to copy my posting from another thread :p this thread header sounds much better. bro not to pick on you, but what happened to your sooners and buckeyes this year :) don't tellme ya already changed the bandwagon........ and I hope ya know how to use Excel :p

AX, Good to see u as well. I am lost in oblivions now a days but sports will sure drag be back. About Giants being that good...I still don't buy them completely. Their special team made them untouchable this week, their offense and defense were just good. Defense, I have to give props to them. I still think Pennington is the better quarterback in New York. I really don't follow college football, but do hope the Irish pull a good one this year. Hey, who is keeping the score??

MNF was pretty good one. Great D by both sides. Thanks to Kevin Mathis for brawling with Eagles' MLB Jeremiah Trotter and having both ejected even before the game started. Trotter had been phenomenal since middle of last season. DeAngelo Hall did a great job containg TO big time. Is it just me or is it for real TO lost a yard on his speed because he was consistenly beaten by the 2nd year corner back. First game of the season and still long way for the Championship but one less game for Falcons:)) ********************* Did some body mentioned COLLEGE FOOTBALL!....yaayyy..time to start my Hate-Mania for this year....Let me start with Super conference SEC :) SEC looks pretty "average" this year. We only have 4 teams in top 7 and 5 teams in top 25. lol. On a serious note, SEC does look average so far. Auburn got thier asses handed back to them by Georgia Tech nerds;) in the first game and even though we had 28-zip against MSU didn't really help with the ranking..so much for the media bias.. If we beat LSU in Baton Rouge SEC West is ours..and ya'all can put that in writing.Tennessee and Georgia did not impress me at all..both going to have growing pains if they are to win SEC East. Florida sounds good but again they have not played any major team yet. We will find out when they play Tennessee Vols this weekend. LSU 's D looked horrible and they gave up 600 yards on a freaking Pac-1(other nine chickens do not count except for USC;)) team ASU. But win is a win. Finally, who cares about Crimson and "Turds" Alabama. Okay that is all from SEC nation. We are only gonna get better as season rolls on:)) I am really impressed with TexASS this year. They look more legit than media darlings Choklahoma;)..hope they will break the losing streak this year against 2 time fraud NC finalist Oklahoma. My Co-worker is a Cornhusker graduate and a big huskers fan, I was glad for her that Nebraska started on a good note this year. But then again Big 2...err..I mean Big 12 sucks!! :)) Yes big time. :) Last but not the least, Let me also spread my "hate ya'all other than SEC" to BIG 10 confrence too..I knew Michigan was over rated. So was Iowa. Ohio State was only legit to be a top 10. But TexASS and Vince Young was too much for them at the end. But still Ohio State should represent Big Ten in the BCS bowl game. Is Notre Dame a new media darling since thier previous darling Sooners sucked big time? I have no problem giving them credit for beating Pittsberg from a depleted confrence called Big East and Michigan in Michigan. But ranking them in top 10 is asinine. The media still has Texass to stroke and Notre Dame to worship. You have to like both team's chances of meeting in the Rose Bowl this year, what with their remaining schedules and who they play at home. Okay , that's all for this week. Let the hate begin:)

Hey Turbine bro, I hope you are cool with the things now. Whoever you were mad at I hope you are cool with him as well. Good luck. Hey AX, the season had just started and you are picking on me already. lol come on man. I am just too busy this year to keep track of everything. We could have argued a whole lot on yankees and Bosox again.... lol it is still alive though. we might need a different thread for that. I was wondering about creating a new thread for NCAA DIV IA since this forum will run out of Space at one point when we get into new discussions about the NCAA as well as NFl here. Just a thought though. Well this is a Good place to put our thoughts On so i won't mind people picking on me or criticizing about my thoughts. yeah Huskers are upto a good start. thanks for your Interset in big 12 football (AX bro). I know the folks who had been in Nebraska like the Huskers. West coast offense is clicking early on. Last year it was al bout how SEC teams were .. blah .. blah.. and etc. I am sure it will come again as the season continues. I am still a Big 12 fan though. I like how our BC eagles are having a good start (even though they are in ACC). For that matter, I cannot be less impressed bythe way the Fighting IRish football season had started. It's the Charlie Weis factor I Figure. I still think notre Dame will have a 9-3 season. Sooners let me down last year and the year before- they already gave me a big blow this year as well. the Buckeyes (OSU) lost a tight game against the LOng Horns. If the Sooners Blow out the longhorns later in the season then oh my Oh My.. none of the BIG 12 teams might go to BCS championship game. I still think Longhorns will go undefeated as long as they pull out a win against the Sooners.. As of Sooners, they will need a stability at the Qb position. I thouhgt they actually had a Better Qb this year then they had last year (j. White) oh... watch out for A. Pederson... the Heisman Trophy might be his this year. Having said that V. Young might steal itr. But again Matt Leinart has his own ambitions. I am excited about the Trojans playing on road against the Irish later in the season. To be continued... It's good to get back in to Busines of Football with all of you folks. I hope we will have an equally exciting season this year. PS:- AX bro I guess you still have the Templete set for the Spreadsheet from last year :) Let us all know.

carnell, ya are hillarious. can?t stop laughing after reading your take on other confs..... Pac 1 thingie is funny. UCLA seems better team this year, if they win this weekend, they will be ranked. UCLA coach is on the hot seat, this team gotta win 8 or more games, else he will be looking for job. ....And ASU losing to LSU didn?t help that much for PAC 10 conf???is there any team that going to beat USC this year? I can't see any team surpassing Huskers record of back2bak championship :s It seems everybody is riding high on Fighting Irish already, let's not forget that Ty went 8-0 to start his first season with Fighiting Irish few years ago. We will know how good of a team they are when they play Purdue and USC. I hope they will lose to Purdue so they will be hungrier to beat USC next game in Oct :p I believe SEC is still better conference than others. LSU, Georgia, Vols, Gators, Spurrier factors make them interesting than any other conf. Big 12 seems more competitive this year (talking about North :p) We all know Texas is going to choke when they play Big 12 foes Sooners and A&M. anybody from Cyclones state??? How good of a team are they??? They thrashed their state rival Iowa, the Big 10 favorite. It's sad that there are no BIG RED gans in this forum. I am sure Vegas college football pundits are having hard time with their prediction on Fighting Irish and Huskers. They picked them to win only 6 games this year and bother teams are off to great start. I wonder how much money they going to lose on these 2 teams. I have no clue regarding ACC and Big East conf, any good teams in that conf? The team to watch is Purdue. Game with Fiting Irish is a good test for them. Winner of this game will play for BCS bowl game. will post the results late today.

Hey AX bro, Your Spreadsheet was more comprehensive. Good job Redstone brother. maybe AX can help expand the spreadsheet. wow TO Got OWned by second Year Man De Angelo Hall. Sure, TO got 3 digit yards but over 20 passes were thrown towards his direction and he wonly had 7 of them caught. And he did drop some Gimmies as well. It was so Cool to see DeAngelo Hall give TO some Ears after the last play meanwhile TO just walked quietly. You don't see TO that humiliated very often. So much for his BIG EGo and his "I am the Man mentality." Besides TO and Hall battle, the pre-game highlights were awesome. Kudos to Kevin Mathis who tookt Trotter out of the game. I honestly think loss of Trotter was the Major reason why the Eagles Lost. ANd oh yeah Mr. Reliable D. Akers missed two FGS. Anyways, that was another upset of the week. go Pats go jai Nepal proudnepali
