‘In life’ as they say ‘every good thing has come to an
end’ so here ends my long last relationship with Sajha. I have never thought that one lousy
day I would type thesewords and write a
farewell letter to dear friends.Sajha
has been very close to heart and wonderful friends I met here. I could
have made a noiseless exit but I think its unfair just to leave behind as I owe
a lot to Sajha and its family.
It seems like yesterday when I arbitrarily posted a first
post four years ago. That for sure was the art of beginning but I think greater
is the art of ending. I have always tried not to be rude to sajha members but
how hard one executes the etiquette in virtual world, eventually someone might
have been offended by my postings. That was not my intention. Take it easy my
friend.
Its not easy to bid goodbye rather it was a sturdy decision, No no no not at any
cost I am coming in other username. The fact is Im heading for internetless place for next few
months then again may be I would travel to some strange land (where it may take
2 hours just to open hotmail account). And when im back (after a year or so) I may
not appear in Sajha., thats what I am thinking now. So, I would like to thank all the kind people who were
always there to console when I needed shoulder to cry on and to cheer upwhen I had a story to tell. Then, for those whom I always bored with my
crappy travel pictures. Thank U. And of
course San bro, for creating such a wonderful SAJHA, ya Sabai Nepaliko Sajha.
Sajha changed me in many ways, and I learnt many things. The most
memorable part was when I was heartbroken after long relationship and
mercilessly dumped by GF, I could never forget the support from virtual friends, that gave me a tremendous
support. And I forgo to tell my friend
Anita Bhandari, is now about to re settle with same funny/joker husband. Just
because of suggestions she got in Sajha. I heard she is enjoying her stint in
Sajha with private nick name (she even doesnot want to disclose me her
username).
Sometimes, I wonder why cant we get all the people together
in the world that are like and then just stay together forever? Perhaps it
doesnot work. Someone alwaysleavesthen we would say goodbye. I hate good byes
but today im saying it with a heavy heart. How lucky I am to have something
that makes saying goodbye so hard.
I would remember Sajha alwaysandas
a human being I also want to be remembered –malai nabirsanu hai hahahha -- that’s
why Im writing this last post. Its funny
but I feel sad.
I don't cry because it's over but I smile because happened.
filyly, WTF? No one's asking for your suggestions here, you incoherent moron! You've been on sajha for a couple of days and you're ranting like you know what jhilke bro has done for the whole community here! Find something worthwhile to do...like pick your nose or something. If you can't give jhilke bro the farewell he deserves then stay out, foolio!!
The cat is a sajha legend and it would be sad to see him go....However, jhilke bro, would love to see your next round of pics prolly from some Eastern European nation soon.
An eulogy to Sajha will not be complete without mentioning how it provides a badly needed pole for us to hit with whatever handy to relieve our anger, frustration and tension.
People can come here with anger and go home with peace. It’s a shrine in every sense.
Sajha will be like 'A Drum Without A Bit' without you Amazing. It's hard to accept 'Good Bye' at this moment. Instead of saying Good bye you rather had to tell us 'see ya'. Anyway "Time and Tides wait for none" We all miss you so much. Wish you all the best.
Your decision to quit sajha without a prior notice and at the time when you were posting more than ever is totally uncalled for. I was under the impression that you are immensely enjoying sajha seeing your zeal of starting variety of threads ranging from politics to romance. Then you abruptly decided to leave, leaving everyone in shock. Wherever you go, be it Africa or Nepal, there is no such place from where you cannot access the internet. So, I think you got so over indulged with sajha that your enthusiasm got over heated which made you sever ties with sajha all of a sudden.
Anyways, your decision to remain out of sajha ought to be respected. However, I suggest you to be a silent reader, cool down, relax and enjoy it being in a low profile. When you feel comfortable, you can come aboard and share some of your experiences again. Do you know I remained a silent reader for four years, from 2001 to 2005 until I decided to register a nickname and participated actively? Even in those active three years, I have gone on a low profile several times and enjoyed being in the background. There are several previously active writers who have becomes mostly silent readers now. You know, there are definitely more silent readers in sajha than the active ones and they are also a part of sajha as long as they read.
Now as you have already announced your departure, I would like to write a few words about you, one of my good virtual friends. I think I saw your first post sometime around Feb/March 2005, after a couple of months you went to Nepal for a vacation. You came back after a few months, in July/Aug. Our first conversation was in a thread started by you which was something like, 'Anyone in Europe?' You were so amused by my sentence, म पनि हाम्फाल्दै आएँ!' :D
You started a lot of interesting and popular threads like 'lets get to know each other', and many more, which I can't remember on the top of my head now. You were always innovative and slightly different from others which made you popular. I still remember your trip to Russia, Italy, trip to England (the one in which you met Rose :P) and your recent trip to the Baltics. I enjoyed each and every travel pics you posted. And the good thing is that you kept on recharging the years old threads once in a while, which shows your enthusiasm and love for your threads.
In the beginning, you used to tell stories about India, where you did your high school or something like that. Then reflected in your writings, the cold but nice Scandinavian country where you live until now. According to your postings in sajha, you also had a few months stay in Canada, the pics you posted and your descriptions depicted the places you visited in a crystal clear manner. I still remember, when you were in Canada, you used to stay all night doing homework, occassionally sneaking into sajha. While I used to see your posts, when I used log in from my work in Europe in the morning. I also remember your heartbreaking story about your tragic love story. Anyway, life goes on.
But I completely missed your Anita thread, I don't have any idea about it. I am usually fastidious when it comes to reading sajha threads, so I don't read all the threads in sajha. Moreover, I come to sajha mainly to kill time, that is when I have plenty of time. So, I must have missed some of your highly interesting threads as it may have appeared at a time when I was too oocupied.
Your recent thread about your trip to England was so smooth and enthralling that it unveiled a true writer within yourself. It polished your literary abilities and displayed your intellectual genius.
You also contributed a lot to Chautari, gave a lot of advices and always played a major role to make it glittering and lively. I don't have adequate words to laud and thank you.
You have made yourself such a veteran of sajha that your absence will be severly felt.
May be I do not know much about your ups and downs being relatively a new sajha user, I know enough of you to miss you a lot. All the best for your future endevours.
world map, I think there are still few countries where Internet has not reached. I heard some small pacific nations still even do not have electricity. And as amazing has said in his post "probably my last post", he might not be reading our replies.

You are one of the best in posting here in sajha. You are equally capable of posting stuffs from entertainment, music, story to even 'guf' in chautari. I first saw your post in 'syanjaali' and you were 'superhit' till 'Rose'.
A long time ago (in Sajha years) I also bid farewell to Sajha and its stars, esp. Nepe, Deep, Sitara, Ashu, Paschim, etc... .. moved to a place where internet was luxury...
