I am so damn sick and tired of goddamn illegal immigrants coming to America in droves like it's their goddamn god-given right. Furthermore, what ticks me off is that these goddamn Mexicans and other hispanic groups haven't even assimilated in this country. They keep speaking their native tongue, and refuse to learn English. They wave Mexican flags, and feel that certain American states(like California) always belonged to Mexico. I have a big problem with that sort of logic. Furthermore, 30% of criminals in jail are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that I will support illegal immigration of any sort, whether they be Nepalis or Mexicans. I myself did it the hard way. Let me say that it took me more than 15 years to get my hands on the highly coveted green card. 15 FUKING YEARS. You expect me to support illegal immigrants who just hop the borders or overstay their visas and refuse to do it the LEGAL WAY? No way am I supporting this sh1t. Plus the fact is that they steal jobs that belong to Americans. Millions of Americans are unemployed, and not all of them are lazy, as some people seem to imply. Corporations are complicit in this as well, and they are equally to blame. Erecting a wall is not enough. Sure, illegal immigration will subside to a degree for a while, butthey will surely find a different way. If they can't come by land, they will just swim or do it some other way(god know how). So the best bet is to use the Military to guard the borders.Things are so bad that in some American cities, it is hard to get a job unless you are fluent in Spanish. This country was founded on ANGLO-SAXON, JUDEO-CHRISTIAN ideals, and it should stay that way. I also have a huge problem with H1B visa holders(many Nepalis), who get pregnant here. These babies are anchor babies as far as I am concerned. These people are just using their children to stay here, and I cannot support something of that nature. Furthermore, the reason corporations hire these people is because they are CHEAP and work for less money. Studies have been done regarding this as well. Sure, they make more than illegal Mexicans, but they make less than Americans. This is another way corporations have managed to cut their expenses.
5.1% Americans of working age who are unemployed. More than 20 million Americans living in poverty. Billions of dollars down the tubes just to support illegal immigrants. Most illegal immigrants don't pay taxes, since they get paid under the table. They are a liability to America. Plus, who picks up the tab if they get sick? UNCLE SAM of course.

The first thing America needs to do is fix the 14th amendment loophole. Only children born of American citizens or green card holders should become American citizens. Being born on American soil should not automatically make you an American. That's just wrong. Children born of illegal immigrants or H1B visa holders should not automatically become Americans. This loophole has been abused way too many times. There is gonna be a huge demographic shift otherwise, and it ain't gonna be pretty. Little Mexicos, little cuba--these are some communities that are sprouting like wild mushrooms. Pack your bags and leave this country, illegals, you are a strain to America.

I worked for the US government while in Nepal. When I came to America, I already had a green card. It's easier for people who work for the US government, you see.

Even after all this illegal immigration, American economy is growing every day. Last time, the economy went down was because of 9/11and all those 19 hijackers were legal. Illegal immigration just becomes the victim of other problems here. Poor people come here to make their lives doesn't mean that 12 million people are dangerous. If they were dangerous, America would be equal to Iraq. If you ship all these illegals out, the gas, mcdonald, coffee and everything will go up four five times which is the basic living here.

Dude, how exactly do you know Americans aren't willing to pick apples or sweep floors? 5.1% Americans are unemployed. You're trying to tell me that they won't do the type of jobs that Mexicans do, correct? I don't buy it. Unless there is a mass forced exodus of illegals from this country, your hypothesis cannot be tested. Many american cities look like slums because of illegal immigrants. This is a big issue. Also, Spanish is quickly taking over English in many American cities. This is another big problem. Looks like thre will be a demographic shift if this continues. I have a problem with that.
As I said, my main beef is with the fact that legal immigrants come here the hard way--takes us years and years to do things legally. Illegals, in my eyes, take the easier route. They just cross the borders and pop babies in America. I have a problem with that.

If we have a scarcity of immigrants, this is what we do: we ensure that more people can come here legally. Say, if a million people come on an annual basis to America legally, increase that to two million. Sure, they may not work for minimum wage, but this is one good method of making sure that we have the manpower to drive the American economy. Also, tell me, why is it that 60+% of Americans are against illegal immigrants? It is not xenophobia. Hell, I don't hate Mexicans. I have a problem with illegal immigration. There is a difference. Illegals may be hardworking, but that's not the issue. What do we do about America's poverty?
