kbhanchayobhai....I don't think that you need to call people names or swear others to get your views across. I believe only loosers do that. If you are a looser you can call me with any names I don't think I care. I know my identity and who I am and confident about by views and ideas and I stand by it. I don't need anyone to vouch my identity.

Sometimes, I wonder, "Do I need to have pride for my country? Do I, by default, have to love my country?" And my inner recess, after much ado about nothing, burps, "Yes, dumba**!! You have to!!" So, if I love my country, how do I manifest it?
Once my father told me a fable which goes like this. "A man wakes up in the morning, and a devout Hindu he is, goes to the river, and prays the Sun, every morning without fail. This day, by the time, he returns home, the Sun starts scorching, and the man, perspiring, mutters under the breath, "Oh! How hot it is!!" By the noon, the Sun is on its peak, burning and scorching, and the man, much exasperated with the heat, and the sweat, says," Oh how I wish this sun were not up there, burning us all mere earthlings." The sun hears his profanity, and addled and vexed, confronts the man, and asks of him, "If you despise me so much, then why do you worship me every morning?" The man, taken aback, and clueless, ripostes, "O Lord, O mighty Sun! I have made a terrible mistake, of not knowing of your prowess and your benevolence. Pardon me, O lord!" The Sun is not satisfied with his answer, and decides to move to another universe. Thence, the Earth becomes dark, and people of the Earth roam in the darkness, and life slowly perishes because of the inevitable changes.
I was profoundly muddled, and asked my father, "What does it mean?" He said, "When you grow up and go out into the real world, you will know the answer to this. Until then, only know this, If you worship anything, do it with pure heart and utter dedication. Success will always kiss your feet in everything you do. If not, you will perish eventually, just like the Earth."
To this day, I am still puzzled at the moral of that parable, but I have come to know that dedication and piety comes with only one by product: peace of mind.
Now back to the point! India wants to invade Nepal. Or Nepal wants to defect into Indian sub-continent. Either of the statement is an oxymoron in itself. But if it does happen, lets just assume, will Nepal benefit from it? I will leave you to answer that.
Now, when we hear such things, our blood boils. Our love for Nepal seeps and spills in the roads and economy and everyday life of Nepal. And who benefits from it? We certainly don't.
A simple plan should suffice to quench the whole melodrama that is occurring in the Nepalese socio-political scenario. Our leaders and politicians and policy-makers need to rekindle that love for the country and act upon it, for the development. Our voluntary and involuntary outbursts and spilling of such rage against the mere words of truth need not soil our roads of Nepal, nor should it ask for any more violence in the already blood-drenched soil of Nepal. One need not cut someone to pieces because he/she utters the truth on the very context of the current juncture. Use that ferocity in kidnapping someone for ransom, and utilize the means. Who will feel safer, when the teachers degrade themselves upon such heinous and atrocious crime of dismembering a teenager for ransom, as the news sources put forth.
Each and every ethnic group in Nepal is asking for their own separate land. I do not understand, what is the motive behind such unrelenting demand. Is that love for Nepal, or for their own clan? I do not see any patriotism in that, nor do I see any cumulative benefit for anybody. It is only a paving of the thoroughfare that will lead us to an irreparable state of constant turmoil. Even a first-grader knows, United we rule, Divided we fall.
I need not keep ranting the obvious, as it gets only tedious and pointless. But I would like to reiterate, If you love your country, love it. If you want to do something for your country, do it. But please, always remember, UNITED WE RULE, DIVIDED WE FALL. One NEPAL, One ONENESS!!
But if I say, that Nepal being annexed into Indian sub-continent is inevitable or irrefutable, it does not make me traitor. Neither do I wish to be hacked into pieces by a devout patriot. It will just make me a hapless spectator, or even worse, a defector. But I am not alone. Neither are you!!!
If anything like this happens within this century, i don't know about others but i promise i will put this thread in course curriculum starting from primary to secondary. Jai Nepal.
Yes sometimes we have to do things before we understand why we do them?
I guess in that sense, this hit.the.hot character isnt really wrong by shouting out obscenities and degrading fellow nepalis while at the same time depriving them of their right to have an individual opinion.
I dunno. But his strong words and feelings remind me that our Nepali society is controlled not by one single person, but it itself controls everyone within with its unspoken laws of right and wrong, good or evil, and when someone tries to cross the boundaries that it has set so rigidly, the system invokes its participants into a mindless guilt trip.
Can anyone tell me will Cuba come under United States? I believe United States is the front runner country if someone pokes a fun in the name of weapons of mass destruction. Who in this freaky world is India? There is another set of nuclear armed Pakistan in the west and not to poke China in the North. I don't think this big dogs will allow India to capture Nepal that easily.
Deshbhaktanepali i suggest you to stop day dreaming. It is the era where people hate to remember wars. It is not like eating a fist of rice out of plate.
