HEY C MoMo fans!!

Here is the recipe for Chicken C MoMo

1. First prepare regular chicken momo... I believe all of you know the recipe for this.
2. Prepare the soup as follows:
Sliced Carrot -1
Chopped cabbage
Chilly -4ns (or use red chilly powder to make it as hot as you want)
Pepper-1tbs
Corn flour -1 tsp
Egg- 1 or 2
Coriander leaves- 1\2 bunch
Salt-to taste
Soya sauce-1tbs
Preparation
Boil some salt and water and then add the sliced carrots, chopped cabbage and little coriander leaves. Beat the eggs and pour it also into the vessel. Mix it slowly. After cooking it well pour the corn flour mixed in water. Allow the soup to be thick. After that add some soya sauce and allow to boil. Spread the remaining leavesand some peepper if needed.

3. Steam the momo till it is half cooked (about 6-7 minutes)
4. Now put the half cooked momos in the soup you prepared and cook the mixture covered for 7-8 minutes more.
5. Then, it is ready to go..........
6. The sharpness of soup depends on the better combination of ingredients you use.

Enjoy .....
