I am flying to Kathmandu through turkish airlines. My plane ticket does not have my middle name on it. Is it a problem?

I called turkish airlines and they did not give me definitive answer. I checked couple of online discussions and almost everyone say middle name does not matter. Does anyone in here have any similar experience. Suggestions much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
