I dont know wats wrong with me today but feels like somethings burning from the inner side. Its been a month after she broke up with me. We've been together for years and i really thought that was the love i was looking for. We had ups and downs in our relationship but we loved each other and promised to be together forever. Its been a month and i am trying to cope with my life but feels like i am missing a piece of my heart. I was in love with her and for me she was the prettiest woman in the world and my life started and ended with her. I dont know why we decided to be apart..... and now  i have already started my depression pills.

Well, Going through all the comments I understand that they are somehow right and true too, but at the moment these sort of some sympathy or comments won't help to heal your broken hearts. 

I don't have much time to invest and give you more details or even you won't take them seriously and  may NOT read all my sentences too. Let me give you some hints .. if you are happy to with my 2 cents worth come back to me for more .... !

First of all ... What are the causes of damagining your relationships ? Who to blame for this ? Where you went wrong ? Is it cause of you ? or What actually made you guys come to spilt here ?

There could be various reasons hidden behind your situations . Let's say she dumped you ! or She is not satisfied with you or she thought she would have better life with someone else than with  you !

Right, Let's come to the truth ! What ever reasons she left you or you broked up with her ! Don't blame her or don't blame else ! Do you know whom to BLAME? That's you ! Yes 'YOU'. It sounds harsh to you but matter of fact ... She thought you seem no worth spedning her life with you and after 4/5 years time of her life she thougth that's it !

Now, If you start keeping Depression pills and depressed you know it's result?  You seem like a life less body . You might be thinking you life is worth less .. ! Exactly, You started taking Pills the next she left .. how useless you are .. ? How powerless you .. if you keep on like that what you are doing that all prove her that her decisions was absolutely right to leave you for good !

Here are some tips what you gotta do ... !

Now right now .. Go to bathroom , get freshed and look up at the mirror and say yourslef ' IT'S OVER '!

Yes, it's over now . Destroy or packed all her things you have got even picutres ! Gifts , cloths etc what ever that reminds you of her ! Tidy your apartment .. listen nice musics, get close to friends that have been disconnected years , don't drink .. ! Treat yourself buying new stuff , new dress ..!Learn somehting new skills ! May learn swiming or else .. ! You will see change yourself .. Start gym and be in Shape in 3/4 itmes you will be surpirsed having someone right person waiting for you life again ... !

 

Instead , If you put your head in sand and won't like to get up where you are now, in  5 years time , she will have 2/3 children , with a nice husband , having a great life .. instead you would be a shaggy worth less guy, frustrated , depressed and drunker. .. Think where you want to be in next  years .. do you still want to be where you are now or want to change your life where you are now ...!

Right , get over it .. ! It's not easy as said .. but it's possible ! You are not one a single perosn in this planet that get relations broken into pieces! Learn the lessons from your past relations and don't make same mistakes with your future partner ..!

 

Who knows you deserve better than her ..... !

Thanks guys for the suggestion and specially thanks to uncle Tom. I tried all the stuff as u said and it works good like i work out and i swim and play tennis, bb and everything but once i get home and lie down on my bed i start thinking about the time we spended together i know i cant help thinking....

Second of all about the gifts and all the pics and things......I had whole bunch of em.. mp3 players, clothes , pics and i shipped it to her  address.

and as bears 23 said try sex .. dude it wont work , i know i had more emotional attachment with her than physical.

and M.high ....I am gonna fall in love again and show her that i am not the one who is gonna be sorry for the love she denied.

Uncle Tom cant blame on myself cause our relationship was working unil things like caste, culture, religious belief and economical standing came she thought of me as being not really compatible.

You can make a new girlfriend. But don't fall in love. Alll it gives is pain which is bad for everything around you.  Love is not what it seems like.  Hard to get rid of it.
