Isn't it good to have KFC in nepal?

I think international companies will make good money if they open business in KTM, Biratnagar, Pokhara, Dharan since most people on that area have visited or seen foreign countries and specially Europe and US. Most tourist who visit will love the brand name like KFC, McDonals, Burger King (I guess) and business will rise there.

But do you think Nepali people can afford it? See, Chicken is over 300 Rs/Kg and goat meat is over 500 and I don't know about buff so to make business in Nepal we need to have cheap meat. To make burger we need to have buff which still is expensive and I think it is still out of reach of middle or poor class people. I think top 10% might afford to have food on branded restaurant.

Whatever it is I think MoMo will be the best choice.

What do you think??

I could see long line in front of the KFC. Can someone post the menu price? I am curious to know the price they offer to Nepali. They said its affordable to middle class and lower middle class ppl.

Thanks in advance.

Do not worry about the price, If you compare to London, still  cheap.

People have extra money to dispose and it is the way to gain belly bottom thicker. This how we get into the modern world.

The pizzas are incredibly cheap. KFC Items, not so much.

Very soon, we'll be hearing about our friends "hanging out" at KFC/Pizza Hut on a lovely Friday evening.

Does anyone know the present day price of Everest MoMo, Mahaboudda MoMo, Kalikasthan Momo, Thahiti's big Momo, MoMo at Patan Dhoka (if any of the SEVERAL momo only "hutels" remaining yet), Bouddha's Tibetan MoMo...and finally Sumai MoMo?

PeaceSoul is right.....momo is the best...

Most people crave momo...I will have 3 plates of juicy hot MoMo with 1 full gallon of jhol for the price of a d_a_mN vegeterian pizza! The height of satisfaction..
