isolated-freak bro,
i was curious as to why you lumped the tibetan office in ktm into a group consisting of the ltte, pla and the ira. these organizations have been widely recognized as being directly or indirectly connected to extremist terrorist groups, approve of the use of violence and arms to neccesitate means, and use random public disruption and death to bring notice to their cause.
i respect your opinions, and somewhere earlier i had read ,where you had posted along the lines of, one mans freedom fighter being anothers terrorist..or something to that effect.
so in essence people who share the views of the ltte or the ira would be able to prove the justification of their actions, if one was bothered to listen.
speaking for myself, i abhor violence.
which is why i have always admired the tibetan government and their stance in a world that basically proves time and again that might is right...and of an an eye must be taken for an eye..
it therefore seems out of place to describe an organization that has gone out of its way, NOT to use violence to achieve their means( fighter or terrorist thus being out of the question) as being similar to any of the mentioned names.
we do not recognize the tibetan govt in exile... thats plain and clear to see.
and like you mentioned we can claim the validity of their existence in nepal, ie the lack
of proper permits..etc
however, lumping a country's representative,( a country that we once shared borders with, traded with, have ethnographical, cultural and religious ties with) as being akin to
distant, foreign militaristic organizations in far flung areas like europe, the middle east and sri lanka did not make sense to me.
and a blemish on the millions of souls that have died...in the name of non violence and ahimsa.
Buddham saranam gacchami
think about it. :)
