One week ago I got J1 visa form, i think it is called DS2019. Can someone who has applied from Kathmandu consulate tell me what I need to do next? 1. Do I have to fill visa application forms? 2. What documents do I have to submit to the bank and how much is the fee? Anyone with experience in dealing with J1 visa in Kathmandu?? Will be grateful for your help.

Well I already have DS2019 and am being sponsored for tuition by a Non-profit group. I will appreciate any information on what documents I need to take to the US consulate in KTM. DO I have to go to Nabil bank and fill a form???? any info will be appreciated.

of course you need to apply as any other visas to come to usa. if you have been supported by some group and your tuition has been waived, you do not need to furnish financial documents.
