call a cab and give them the address.....

If he can pay for his flight and come to US then he sure can pay the cab. Consider this part of your travel cost.

actually he was planning to do so.. but the travel agent did some cheating with him. They sold him ticket to Los Angeles. He thought it would be easy to get a flight to Lancing but there is no direct flight. Now he is flying from LA to New York and from there he will travel in bus for 24 hours as the plane ticket costs 500 dollars (at least) from New York to Lancing. Now he will be flying for more than 24 hours and traveling in bus for 24 hours... it will be so tiring.
and he don't have a place to stay for few days.... so he needs help from some Nepalese  friends... its not only about money !!

Hey Himmat,

Mt. Pleasant (Central Michigan University is in Mt. Pleasant) is about 70 miles from Lansing. I know somebody at Central Mich., but I doubt if anybody will be willing to come that far to pick him up. What time is he landing at Lansing airport? There are bus services from East Lansing to Upper peninsula that stop at Mt. Pleasant.

Sorry Himmat, I thought he was arriving at Lansing airport. But that's better because he can get off the bus at East Lansing and take another bus up north (as I mentioned above) from the same bus station.
Hope this helps.

Sparty.

I live just 5 minutes' walk away from East Lansing Greyhound bus station. If he arrives at odd hours and he needs a place to stay for sometime then please let me know, I will try my best to accommodate him.

Thankyou very much Sparty. I was away for a while and couldn't read your post. He reached there yesterday. And he took the bus directly to Mount Pleasant from New York. He went to the Office of International Affairs and found some Nepali to stay with. Thanks once again for your concern.
