love is love, why hate. why embarrassment. , why remorse. See if they can co-exist. You can have two if they agree. After all, we're made to love.

 jalan, your wife won't be the same person she was before. You are screwed up big time. 
You messed up with A(your wife) and B(your girlfriend), they both will eventually know you are part of them. You can't live a normal life with any one of them in the future. Even if you confessed to your A, she'll have that ding about you for her whole life and probably will find excuses for arguments, never ending argument your entire life if you decided to stay with her, I can clearly see that. About your B, she'll probably be thinking the same about you. 

Relationship formula says, if you want to lead a happy life, start looking for C. But if you want life full of remorse and pain, stick with any one of them A and B.  This is just a life and you create your own destiny. Now it's upto you. Whatever happened has happened, think ahead, don't live in the past.

You were trying to substitue your wife company specially physical "न्यानो अंगालो"  .  Once you are back with your wife you will forget the second one as you did to your wife. Then it will reverse and you will say " I am in love with my wife again".

 Are you sure that you love your wife? Did you ever think that she exists when you were having good time with your girlfriend? You fcked up really bad this time.
I see two ways - never let your girlfriend know about your wife and vice versa or confess everything to both and live with the one that you love more/live with the one who will still love you even after knowing everything. Either way, you're going to live a life full of guilt and remorse. The only chance of you living happily is if they both have no problem with each other and agree to share you, which is very unlikely.

You ftoped the life of wife in Nepal. So you made a huge mistake.....Now if you think you want to correct that mistake by leaving a baby without  father then its another mistake!

If your baby mama treats you right and wants to enjoy Nepalese way of culture then work for it....if not......
