Make all party government headed by Krishna Prasad Bhattarai and include clean and intellectual from all parties like Shailaja Acharya, Daman Nath Dhungana, Narahari Acharya, Pradip Giri and so on.
Which will prepare for election, make atmosphere for talks with Maoist, restore peace, and go for Constitutional assembly where maoist will come into main stream politics, national consensus with King and all Political parties.

Krishna Prasad Bhattari have made a historic achievement and sucess by making such a democratic constitution with national consensus 15 years back.
