Do you know whats the hardest thing to find in Kathmandu? You may think that water and any things but, that is not,Its “to find apartment for rentâ€. its funny ya? i am very serious about that.I’m searching for new apartment since last week and I have not yet found any good. I used to stay with my brother.but, my brother moved to home for business,Now I am leaving with my friend and I need to cook for myself, wash my cloth, and gets prepare for my upcoming exam, thats the most boring thing So, I am needing some very well equipped apartment, where all my lazies replace. Water is the main problem in Kathmandu. One more time, so called selfish high society house owners in Kathmandu don’t give apartment to the students. Where do they students will go? I found some good apartments but when I said I am a student they said no and never. http://www.blogmandu.org

Dude why dont you offer to pay a month in advance ( that can be tough) but you can offer to that, hey should be comfortable giving you a apt. Students dont have a proper income so , I dont blame landlorders in refusing to give you a flat/ room

students dont have income and when u say u are student in nepal.. it is like saying i am a gang member.. almost every student in nepal seems to be in some kind of gang or political party.. now what if u dont pay rent.. the land lord will be afraid to kick u out. thats the situation..it sucks but thats just how it is.

not only for students, difficulty arises to everyone searching and shifting room (not apartment, i think these two are different and there are no apartments in ktm) in kathmandu. I am worry about the next room i have to look next year. There are many sajha members from ktm and they can help(?)
