i'll be thankful, if you can provide some explanation.

You will run into the following problem if you join them, I am sure you will get the same Problem with any other  company of such kind.

1) Training  is  15 mins a day and probably for a week

2) Pay rate : They say they will increase but as usual, they will say on the next project for sure!

3) They dont have anything  other than QA,  if they say SAP, JAVA, Oracle, dont believe them.

4) They used to pay for the Grocery, I heard they have stopped doing so

5) H-1 :  They will do it probably will ask for some money.

6) Lack Promptness in Payment.

7) No replies to sent Emails with Concerns

Dont believe in what recruiter tells you.

But as I mentioned most of the Desi companies owned by Telegu are the same.

Agree with Bhaladmi, they are parasites, big time. Don't even respond to their calls. Don't ask for explanation. Thank god I don't have to deal with them anymore.
