I am sure many people have done that for many reasons. The one that I know is K-force sued a Nepali consultacy because this consultancy pulled out one of his employee from one of the client of K-force for better rate. I don't know what happened to that case.  If that happened to Nepali consultancy, there may be 100 of cases against Indian consultancy. So why don't you mention what your problem is about ?
